Based in the sun drenched, tropical paradise known as Koh Samui on Chewaeng beach, Thailand the dive training center is a small but extremely professional PADI 5 Star Dive Center. Over the last twelve years it has steadily established itself as one of the best dive centers in South East Asia . P J Scuba divers have enjoyed it’s training and daily dive trips for years now. The dive facility have also secured the Aquamaster dealership being the sole distributor of top trade and retail names such as Aqualung, Seaquest, US Divers and Uwatec as well as many others.

However, the dive center does not claim to be the biggest around and certainly doesn't want to be known as a "production line" dive center. As they like to put it, "We are a Dive center run by Divers for Divers, a place where customers have names and not numbers". The Samui dive shop is a place where safety and a positive dive learning experience are valued as highest priority.

The dive shop itself has been in existence since 1993 and been steadily built into a solid and great dive operation.

How our dive training center has progressed:

With the Dive and tourist industry progressing, the dive shop has adapted with it. We run small personal dive courses and dive trips with special effort concerning scheduling to "avoid the crowds". We have two PADI Course Directors running Instructor training courses (IDC) throughout the year. As well as updating all PADI training materials, layout and style to keep current with all the new PADI programs and philosophies and flexible schedules to suit your holidays needs. As times change in the dive industry and Koh Samui itself, you can be rest assured that the Samui dive center will continuously update, progress and strive to be the best diving and training facility in this region.

The store has progressed to a PADI 5 star IDC center offering:

Learning to scuba dive can be daunting but the Samui scuba diving center has adopted an easy going approach to learning that is both safe and lots of fun. Offering small groups, full insurance, and computer aided presentations, different languages, schedule flexibility and excellent equipment along with many other benefits it would be very hard to find a better store on Koh Samui, Thailand for learning to dive. Non-divers can try an introductory dive; take a two day PADI Scuba Diver course or a four day Open Water course. If you’re already hooked on the underwater adventure you can improve your dive knowledge and skills by training to Advanced, Rescue Diver or Master Scuba Diver level. Many bubble junkies also come to Samui and the dive centre here to turn professional and train as Divemaster or Instructor. With Koh Samui getting more popular the dive sites can be more crowded. We are striving as divers to make our trips different, un-crowded and as spectacular as possible. By carefully scheduling our speed boat trips, our Samui dive operation gets to the prime dive locations before the rest offering un-crowded scuba diving in small groups with our professional dive guides. Unlike other operations with larger slower boat they cut out the crowds and travel times to provide half day, two tank excursions that focus solely on the diving. We are fully equipped with marine radios, phones, GPS, Medic First Aid kit and Dan oxygen unit. Our guides are all PADI Instructors fully trained, and experienced striving to show you the best diving with the most fun.
