P J Scuba is now proud to announce a new package and variety of scuba diving internship program courses here in Pattaya, Thailand. Each dive course is designed to take the student to exactly the point which they strive to achieve in their divers career or as a recreational or technical diver. You may wish to become a PADI pro and go for dive master. You may wish to forget the professional side but dive shipwrecks at 90 metres depth. All of the diving internships below have a set price but can be tailored to specific divers' needs as required. All you need to do is mail me.

DiveMaster Internship Program

Learn to scuba dive and become a PADI professional divemaster within our intensive 3 month diving internship program. Once qualified you will be eligible to assist instructors with student training, conduct open ocean tours for divers and assist with the day to day operation of a functional dive shop. This is the first professional rating on the PADI ladder but can be used as a passport to dive work in many countries internationally.  

Cost $4000 - The Trainee Package includes:

• ALL COURSES – Open Water, Advanced O/W, EFR (Medical), Rescue, and Dive master.

• FULL set of scuba diving equipment (yours to keep) – complete set.

• 5 Specialties of your choice (from 23) making you a “Master Diver” also. (Sorry but we have no Ice diving specialty :-)

• 3 months accommodation (self-contained condo).

• FFM - Full face mask training and underwater communications from diver to diver and diver to surface. SDI and TDI courses including the Solo-diver program.

• ALL Manuals and training aids.

• ALL Fees to PADI.

• Minimum of 80 dives.

• The adventure of a life time.

To join our dive master internship program all you need to do is mail me for a consultation. IF YOU HAVE ANY DIVING EXPERIENCE (i.e. Open Water or Advanced diver course) or YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT YOU SHALL BE CREDITED IN FULL FOR IT.

Technical Diver Internship I. Traineeship)

This is a fantastic trainees program for all of those crazy tekkies :-) Technical divers. The technical scuba diving internship course will get you making staged decompression dives to 45 metres  using air and Nitrox. This is a fantastic introduction to the realm of the mixed gases.

Cost $3000 - The package includes:

• Five PADI Specialty Diver Courses (your choice out of over 23 available specialties).

• Technical diving courses including: Nitrox Diver, Advanced Nitrox Diver and Decompression Procedures.

• Qualification to do staged decompression diving to a depth of 45 meters using Air/Nitrox.

• All required books, manuals, tables and slates needed for the courses.

• All required training agency fees.

• Rental of all necessary technical and/or recreational diving gear for the duration of the program (This is incredible as to rent alone would cost almost $800 for the courses.

• 1 months accommodation (self-contained condo).

• Additional dives for experience and pleasure.

 To join our Technical Diver internship 1 program all you need to do is mail me for a consultation. 

Please NOTE: In order to join the Technical dive internship you need to be a certified diver of Open Water or higher. If you do not possess any diving license then we can still accept you as an intern and train you to Open Water first. The additional cost for this is $300.

Technical Diver Internship II.(Traineeship)

Now your getting serious on me! This is for the hardcore technical divers. This traineeship is great value as broken down the cost would almost be one third again, if not packaged this way. This will take you diving air, Nitrox and tri-mix (trimix). You will be diving staged decompression dives to 55 metres on air and Nitrox. Staged decompression dives to 90 metres (YES 90 METRES!!!) using tri-mix. Not for the faint hearted - what a package this is!

Cost $6000 - The package includes:

• 2 months accommodation (self-contained condo).

• Five PADI Specialty Diver Courses (your choice out of over 23 available specialties).

• PADI Master Scuba Diver Rating.

• Technical diving courses including: Nitrox Diver, Advanced Nitrox Diver and Decompression Procedures.

• Technical diving courses including: Extended Range, Basic Trimix and Advanced Trimix Diver.

• Rental of all necessary technical and/or recreational diving gear for the duration of the program.

• Qualification to do staged decompression diving to a depth of 55 meters using Air/Nitrox.

• Qualification to do staged decompression diving to a depth of 90 meters using Trimix .

• All required books, manuals, tables and slates needed for the courses.

• All required training agency fees.

• Additional dives for experience and pleasure.
